Walking in the Light

When our associate pastor was praying on Sunday he prayed the verse from 1 John 1:5, "God is light; in him there is no darkness at all."

I turned to 1 John this morning to study this verse. I read beyond verse 5:
"If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son, purifies us from all sin."

Am I walking in the light today? Am I focused on Him?

As I begin my day I am focused on letting God's light shine all around me. For as the Bible says, if you walk in the light no darkness can exist.
