The One Day Way

I am on a mission to lose a little weight and to start to feel great about myself. I received the book The One Day Way by Chantel Hobbs for review by the WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group. This book fits right in with what I am trying to accomplish in 2010.

Author Chantel Hobbs helps you to focus on getting fit and losing weight one day at a time. She encourages you to set small goals and not to give up if you have one bad day.

I think that a lot of her concepts are very good. I am not trying to lose a huge amount of weight, but the stories were still an amazing encouragement for me.

Here is a little more about the book from WaterBrook Multnomah.
